The apartment has a direct dial telephone with individual number voice-mail and personal fax machines are available, on request at GBP 5.00 per day. Outgoing calls will cost approximately 27p per unit depending on destination of call and duration.
The bedroom features a double bed with matching bedside tables, lamps ,radio alarm clocks and personal room safe. For your baby, a cot is also available, should you require, for a supplementary charge of GBP 11.75 per week.

Additional Booking Conditions:
Following your initial booking deposit, the balance of the rental charge will be required 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. For stays of less than 7 nights, the full balance will be required and for stays of 7 nights or more the equivalent of 7 nights rental will be required.
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses incurred, during your stay (e.g. high speed internet, telephone etc).
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that you cancel your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter you must provde 14 days notice to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
