Buckingham Gardens is a modern two bedroom apartment located in an extremely central position, close to St James Park and Buckingham Palace. It is within walking distance of Hyde Park and Knightsbridge and close to Victoria mainline and underground stations providing easy access to all the city's famous landmarks.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
The living room offers a range of leather sofas and stylish furniture providing a comfortable environment in which to relax, after a hard day. There is also a TV with a basic cable package, CD & DVD player, telephone accepting incoming and outgoing calls and complimentary wireless internet.
The fully fitted kitchen offers a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave oven, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, coffemaker and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a built-in wardrobe offering ample storage space. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, with shower over, toilet and hand-basin. Complimentary toiletries are also provided.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a built-in wardrobe. A temporary fold-away bed can be provided for a 5th guest.
There is a second bathroom providing a fully tiled shower cubicle, toilet, hand-basin and complimentary toiletries and hairdryer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights for stays between December 22nd - January 4th and 9th April - 14th April 2009.
- As with most hotels, you will be asked to provide a security deposit on arrival. The security deposit of GBP 300 must be paid in cash paid in Pounds Sterling. This deposit will be refunded on your departure assuming no damage have occurred.
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing via email and be received more than 28 days prior to arrival to avoid further cancellation charges .
- Cancellations made between 28 days and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged up to 1 week's rental charge.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival or No Shows will be charged the full balance.
- If the apartment is re-let then the cancellation charge will be refunded (excluding the initial booking deposit).
