These luxury one bedroom apartments decorated in contemporary style offer a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, armchair, T.V, DVD player, CD player, coffee table, a dining table and chairs.
This lower ground floor apartment is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and flat screen T.V. An extra foldaway bed can be provided for a charge of GBP 15 per night. A baby cot can also be provided at GBP 15 per night.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher (in some apartments) , microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
Maid service is provided every day with a linen change every second day (except Sundays).
All apartments benefit from T.Vs, equipped with a standard free channel package, in the living room, plus airconditioning and free wireless internet.
The lift in the building goes from the ground to the third floor only. There is CCTV and a secure entry system into the building.
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

For bookings of 21 nights or more, the outstanding rental balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. (+ 3% - 4% surcharge). If the booking is made less than 3 weeks before arrival, the full balance will be required immediately.
- Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter you must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.

There was some peeling paint in the bathroom that you might want to fix up. It is an excellent location, nice area and close to the subway station and Paddington. I would have liked to have the greeter, or someone familiar with the appliances and heating system, to come in with us on arrival and show us how to work the appliances and explain the controls in the kitchen. We have different systems in North America and it took us awhile to figure it out."
