With beautiful Hyde Park only a few minutes walk from these lovely apartments, you will be situated on the corner of one of London's traditional, garden squares.

You will be staying in a neighbourhood known as ' Connaught Village'. An unspoilt and historic area of Central London, it still retains much character and a village like atmosphere.

These studio apartments consist of a good sized living area, incorporating, sleeping area with 2 single beds, sofa and lounge chair, dining room table with 4 chairs, satellite TV, private telephone and fitted wall units offering ample storage space. A third guest can be accommodated on a sofa bed or a temporary bed.

The kitchenette is well equipped with oven and hob, microwave and fridge and the separate ensuite bathroom is bright and airy and comes complete with sink unit, wc and bath with shower attachment.

A daily maid service is offered (Mon-Fri), to keep the apartment clean and fresh and ensure a regular provision of towels. All apartments also offer a balcony overlooking the square.

Additional services provided are 24 hour reception, concierge service (8am-8pm), porterage service, ironing facilities on request, laundry / dry cleaning service, tourist info & bookings, safety deposit boxes, message service, fax / copying facilities, security controlled access to secure underground car park and access to the apartment's private gardens.Wireless high speed internet access and internet kiosk now available in the lobby.

This is truly an ideal base from which to enjoy the best that London has to offer. Marble Arch tube station is a 10 minute walk and from there, you can be in the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and Bond Street within minutes.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses which may be incurred during your stay.
  
  
• During the high season period (May-August) a minimum 7 night stay will apply.

• In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
  
  
• Thereafter, for stays of between 1-7 nights you must provide a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid a further charge equivalent to 1 night's rental.
  
  
• For stays of between 8-14 nights you must provide a minimum of 7days notice to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to 3 night's rental.
  
  
• For stays of more than 14 nights you must provide a minimum of 7days notice to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to 7 night's rental.
  
  
• If you cancel on the day of your arrival or do not show you will be charged 100% cancellation charge
