This apartment is air-conditioned with independent heating. Additional Booking Conditions:

  • The remaining balance of your rental will be automatically taken from your credit card no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. If the balance is not paid by the due date the booking will be deemed cancelled.

  • If you wish to make any alteration to your booking (including the transfer of your booking to another person) after it has been accepted, your apartment manager will try to accommodate your requirements, subject to availability and payment by you of an alteration fee, in the amount of £15.00 per booking

  • Any alteration made within 28 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation and you will have to pay the charges set out below.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that you wish to cancel, you must provide written confirmation a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival to avoid a further charge of up to 7 night's rental.

    Thereafter, if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full remaining balance of your rental.

    If you are a No Show the full rental balance will be charged.
