These modern and well designed apartments are a home away from home in the heart of W2, ideally placed for exploring Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Kensington Palace.

The apartments are located in a beautiful listed Victorian building, off a quiet street very close to Whiteleys shopping centre where there are many excellent shops, restaurants and a cinema complex.

Also extremely convenient for the London Underground network with Bayswater station jut a 5 minute walk away.

There is a communal laundry in the basement, a 24 hour reception and a breakfast room.

This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, three separate bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with a hob, microwave oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, kettle and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay

The living area has a sofa, a TV and a work desk and chair. There are also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The apartment also has a DVD player,a CD player and free broadband internet access.

There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Each bedroom has bedside tables and reading lamps.

The bathrooms are en-suite and have a bath with a shower over, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a W.C. A hairdryer is also provided.

Also provided in the apartment is the following:

  • Maid service with change of linen and towels.

  • Complimentary broadband internet.

  • Breakfast buffet served between 8am and 11am. Either English Breakfast (GBP 10.95 or GBP 9.95 if pre booked) or Contintental Breakfast (GBP 7.50 or GBP 6.50 if pre booked)

  • 24 hour reception.

  • Complimentary laundry facilities.

  • Breakfast room with food and beverage machines

  • CCTV

  • Use of Kensington Garden Square gardens.

  • Please note that stag and hen parties are not allowed.

    Additional Booking Conditions:

    • At booking you will be required to pay an initial booking deposit.
    • If your stay is for less than 30 days the balance is due on arrival.
    • If your stay is for between 30 and 60 days a further deposit of two weeks rental cost is due immediately.
    • If your stay is for more than 60 days a further deposit of six weeks rental cost is due immediately.

    • In the event that you need to cancel, your booking deposits will be non-refundable.

    • Cancellation of stays up to 14 nights must be made prior to 12pm on the day of arrival.
    • A charge of one night's stay will apply for cancellations made after 12pm on the day of arrival.

    • Cancellation of stays of 14-90 nights must be made 8 days prior to arrival.
    • A charge equivalent to 7 night's stay will apply for cancellation made within 7 days of arrival.

    • Cancellation of stays of 90 nights or more must be made 15 days prior to arrival.
    • A charge equivalent to 14 night's stay will apply for cancellation made within 14 days of arrival.

    • Please note that there will be a 2% surcharge on the second deposit and the balance payments for credit card payments (this does not apply to the initial booking deposit). Amex and Diners credit cards are not accepted.
