This beautiful Victorian building has just been remodelled and the studio rooms have been designed to a high standard of furnishings and fittings. The style is modern and minimalist.

Located on a quiet street on the borders of Notting Hill and Bayswater you are just a few minutes walk from Hyde Park. Just the other side of Hyde Park is the ever-trendy Knightsbridge, home to the famous Harrods and Harvey Nichols shops.

Notting Hill is an area full of fabulous restaurants and bars and delightful shops, and of course the world famous Portobello Market.

These stylish double studio rooms are equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a work-desk. There is a mini kitchen and en suite bathroom.

The mini kitchen has a microwave, refridgerator, kettle and toaster.

The en suite bathroom has a power shower, heated towel rail, hand basin and W.C.

Each double studio room has it's own telephone (calls charged at double the B.T rate) and Broadband internet, plus LCD TV with digital Freeview cable channels. Broadband internet is charged at 7 GBP per day of 20 GBP per week.

There is daily maid service provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:

  • Please note that stag or hen groups are not permitted to stay in this apartment.

  • On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses which may be incurred during your stay.

    Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Thereafter you must provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to your arrival to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to one nights rental charge.
