This apartment building is located in one of London's newest vibrant locations, close to Hoxton Square. If you want to experience the finest in Britain's art scene, Hoxton Square is where the reknown, if not infamous, Young British Artists have their work on display in various Hoxton galleries.

This area has undergone much redevelopment and is now home to many restaurants and shopping boutiques. Hoxton still retains much of it's local neighbourhood feel with a weekly Saturday market.

The City of London is very close by, within a 15 minute walk or just a couple of tube stops away. London's West End can also be reached quicky and easily by underground.

This newly refurbished and redecorated 2 bedroom apartment has a living room with kitchen - diner and two twin bedrooms.

The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee tables, reading lamps and a TV. There is also a dining table and chairs in this room

The kitchen is open plan to the living room and has a cooker, electric kettle, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and stools and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also a wardrobe.

The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower, a washbasin, a mirror and a hairdryer is also provided.

• Cancellation Policy.
  
  
• If you cancel your initial booking deposit is non refundable (and non transferable).
  
  
• If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival there will be an additional cancellation charge of GBP 15.
  
  
• If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 30% of the balance due.
  
  
• If you cancel between 14 and 4 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 50% of the balance due.
  
  
• If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival or you are a No Show you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the total balance due.
