This apartment building is in a very convenient location, just off the Bayswater Road. Less than five minutes walk away are the beautiful Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, and within easy walking distance are three underground stations. Fashionable Notting Hill with it's fantastic shops and restaurants is also close by. The apartments are of budget standard.
The building facilities include the following:

Coin operated washing machines and dryers for guest use in the basement
The apartment consists of a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area, plus an en suite bathroom.
These twin studios have two single beds, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a table and chairs plus a TV. The TV shows SKY satellite channels .
There is also a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls (calls charged separately). Fast broadband internet is also available at a cost of GBP 5 per day, GBP 15 per week or GBP 40 per month.
The kitchen area has a hob & oven, a microwave, a kettle and all the cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware you will need.
The bathroom features a bath with a shower over, and wc, bidet and hand basin. Complimentary toiletries are also provided for your personal use.
An iron and ironing board have been placed in each apartment for your convenience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Check in is from 12 noon and check out before 11 am. The latest possible check in time is 23.00. It is NOT possible to check in later than this.
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full.
In the event of cancellation your intital booking deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter for bookings for one or two apartments for less than five weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: GBP 100 further charge.
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: a further 30% of the toal cost.
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: a further 50% of the total cost of the stay.
No show or cancellation within 4 days of arrival: full balance.
- For bookings of more than two apartments or for more than 5 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: a further 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellation 29 to 8 days befor arrival: a further 50% of the total cost fo the stay.
No show or cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: full balance.
- Reducing number of nights:
Over 15 days before arrival: GBP 15 per night
1 to 15 days before arrival: one third of the nightly rate per night changed.
