These spacious studio apartments overlook the well kept private garden at the rear of the property. They consist of a large living area, incorporating a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge. A complimentary welcome pack will also be in your apartment on arrival containing basic provisions e.g. tea/coffee/milk etc
The TV receives a standard satellite entertainment package and there is also a direct dial telephone provided. Wireless broadband internet is available in the apartments at an extra charge.
The marble en-suite shower room provides for all your needs with, toilet, hand basin, hairdryer and heated towel rails. The apartment also contains a trouser press and iron.
There is a maid service 7 days a week to provide your fresh linen and towels.
An extra person can sleep in this apartment on a temporary bed, for a supplement of GBP 10.00 per night.
For the business traveller, you are offered the use of the business centre facilities e.g. fax, photocopier and use of the internet in the evenings. For your leisure time, bookings for theatres, travel and tours can be arranged with the apartment manager.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card or GBP 300 cash to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your inital booking deposit will be non-refundable.
For bookings up to 7 nights you are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a minimum charge of 2 night's rental.
- For bookings over 7 nights, the charge will be, 7 nights accommodation, if cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival.
- If you do not show up at the apartment, you will also be charged according the above policy.
