These third floor (4th US) two bedroom apartments are very comfortably equipped with two bedrooms, a large living / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
The living/dining area provides comfortable sofas, reading lamps, work desk with chair, TV and a dining table with four chairs. DVD players can be provided on request for a charge of GBP 10.
The well equipped kitchen offers an fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
There are two spacious bedrooms, the first offering a king-size bed, which can be separated on request, whilst the second has two single beds. Both rooms have besdside tables, reading lamps and a hairdryer.
The two private bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, contain a bath (with shower head over), wash basin, heated towel rail, complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. An iron and ironing board, infant's cot and highchair, can be provided on request.
A child can be accomodated on a temporary bed for an additional nightly charge of GBP 20.
Please note that all these apartments permit smoking and the air-conditioning is provided through the use of two mobile units.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that stag or hen groups are not permitted to stay in this apartment.
- Further to your initial booking deposit, a second deposit of GBP 500 will be requested by the apartment manager, at the time of your booking. On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the rental amount in full.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter you must provide at least 28 days notice of cancellation prior to your arrival to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to one night's rental charge.
