- The balance payment will be taken 4 weeks prior to your arrival date from the credit card supplied.

- There is a minimum charge of GBP 50 per person per stay for the use of a temporary bed.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter you must give at least one month's notice to avoid further charges.
- If you cancel within one month of your arrival date you will be charged 50% of the value of your stay.
- If you cancel within seven days of your arrival date or if you do not show you will be charged the full value of your stay.
