The double Studios are open plan in design and contain a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and work desk. An extra foldaway bed for a third guest and high speed internet can also be made available on request for an additional charge.
The kitchenette is open plan to the living/sleeping area, and provides a fridge, hotplate, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery,utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The marble tiled bathroom is clean and bright and offers a walk-in power shower, toilet, handbasin, towel rail and hairdryer.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
If your stay is between 3 and 7 nights you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a charge equal to the full rental amount.
If your stay is 7 nights or more you must provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice of cancellation to avoid a further charge equal to 50% of the full rental amount.
