Ferguson Wharf is a contemporary two bedroom apartment located in one of Londons newest business districts, Canary Wharf. It is within walking distance of Greenwich Park and the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark.
It has a modern and spacious living and dining area with sophisticated furnishings, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the first floor.
Canary Wharf is a dynamic business district that boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs, wine bars as well as healthcare and leisure facilities. This vibrant cosmopolitan area is home to leading international companies and this unique location has open public spaces including parks, squares and promenades.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen diner and is extremely well furnished. There is a large corner sofa, which can be set up as a double bed for extra guests.There is an LCD TV home cinema system showing 73 digital channels including SKY sport. Complimentary ADSL is also provided.
The dining area has a round table with four cream leather chairs plus two extra folding chairs. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker and all the cutlery and crockery you will need for your stay.
The master bedroom has a king sized double bed, large double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and bedside tables. The en suite bathroom has a spacious shower, a toilet, heated towel rail, hand basin and a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be arranged as a double bed on request, bedside tables and a double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors.
The main bathroom has a bath with power shower over, a toilet, black granite floor tiles, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries are provided.
The apartment is supplied with two bicycles, which can be used by guests free of charge.
There is a parking space available with the apartment, located in the building. It is free of charge.
SPECIAL OFFER: for stays of one week or more a free airport transfer is provided with this apartment from any London airport. This is subject to a maximum of 5 people, 1 big suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person. Please contact us for more information.
There is a weekly maid service provided. If guests require a more frequent maid service this can be arranged at an extra charge of GBP 20 per day.
The phone is charged at the following rates:
Local and national calls GBP 0.06 per minute.
UK Mobiles GBP 0.20 per minute.
International calls GBP 1.50 per minute.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a minimum stay of 7 nights for stays between December 22nd and January 4th and between 6th April and 19th April 2009.
The balance of the rental charge is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and will be automatically debited from the credit card supplied at the time of booking.
- If the balance is not paid at this point the booking will be cancelled.
As with most hotels, you will be asked to provide a security deposit of GBP 200 which will be charged on arrival via debit or credit card provided. This will be refunded within 10 days after departure assuming no damage occurred.
- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing via email and be received more than 42 days prior to arrival to avoid further cancellation charges .
- Cancellations made between 42 days and 28 days prior to arrival will be charged a further week's rental charge.
- Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival or No Shows will be charged the full balance.
- If the apartment is re-let then the cancellation charge will be refunded (not the initial booking deposit).
