This newly refurbished and redecorated studio apartment has sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There are eight of these studios in the building so this is a great option for you if you are a group.
The kitchenette has a cooker, electric kettle, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and stools and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
The sleeping area has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also a desk and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower, a washbasin, a mirror and a hairdryer is also provided.
This apartment offers good value, a great location and gives you the opportunity to live life like a Londoner.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that the check in address for this apartment is in Central London (WarrenStreet).
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel your initial booking deposit is non refundable (and non transferable).
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival there will be an additional cancellation charge of GBP 15.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 30% of the balance due.
- If you cancel between 14 and 4 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 50% of the balance due.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival or you are a No Show you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the total balance due.
