The lounge area has a sofa that easily converts into an additional bed, a coffee table, LCD TV with satellite channels, dining table and chairs.
The kitchenette provides a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The apartment has a private marble tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, mirror and a sink. A hairdryer can be provided on request.
A weekly cleaning service is included whilst an ironing service is available for an additional charge. A coin-operated washing machine / dryer is also available to apartment guests and an iron and ironing board can be provided on request .
High speed internet access is available for an additional charge of GBP 15 per week or GBP 30 per month.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Sometimes, depending on your length of stay, in addition to your initial booking deposit you will be required to pay a further deposit at the time of booking.
- For bookings of 4 weeks or more there will be a further deposit equal to 7 night's rental.
- For stays of longer than 10 weeks there will be a further deposit equal to 21 night's rental.
- On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses which may be incurred during your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, in the event that you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival there would be a further charge of GBP 100.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival there would be a charge equal to 30% of the total rental amount.
- If you cancel between 14 and 4 days before arrival there would be a charge equal to 50% of the total rental amount.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival you will be charged for the total rental amount.
- For bookings of more than 4 weeks a separate cancellation policy applies. Details can be provided on request.
- In the event that you wish to reduce the number of night's you have booked there will be a GBP 15 administration charge within 15 days of arrival and one third of the nightly rate if you are less than 15 days from your arrival.
