On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses which may be incurred during your stay.
- During the high season period (May-August) a minimum 7 night stay will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter, for stays of between 1-7 nights you must provide a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid a further charge equivalent to 1 night's rental.
- For stays of between 8-14 nights you must provide a minimum of 7days notice to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to 3 night's rental.
- For stays of more than 14 nights you must provide a minimum of 7days notice to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to 7 night's rental.
- If you cancel on the day of your arrival or do not show you will be charged 100% cancellation charge
