These beautiful 3 bedroom apartments are furnished to an extremely high standard and feature all the amenities you could require, including a private entrance equipped with a security video entry phone.

A complete entertainment system is provided featuring, satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player. You can also arrange for high speed internet access in your apartment, for an additional charge of £10.00 per day.
The apartment has a direct dial telephone with individual number voice-mail and personal fax machines can also be made available, on request at £5.00 per day. Outgoing calls will cost approximately 27p per unit depending on destination of call and duration.
There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, matching bedside tables, lamps , radio alarm clocks and personal room safe. For your baby, a cot is also available, should you require, for a supplementary charge of £11.75 per week. A fitted wardrobe offers ample storage space and an iron & ironing board and hairdryer are also provided for your use.
The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom is fully tiled bathroom, clean and
bright and is fitted with a bath/shower, wc, dual handbasins and towel rail. The second bathroom has bath/shower, wc, handbasin and towel rail. Located near to the entrance to the apartment is also a cloakroom.
The kitchen is complete with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and tableware you will require for your stay. On arrival you will find a welcome basket in your apartment. For your children's safety, complimentary high chairs and baby gates can be provided, on request.
To the rear of the apartment is a delightful terrace, complete with table and chairs.
A maid service operates 7 days a week (incl Bank Holidays) and ensures a daily supply of fresh towels and a linen change, every alternate day.

Additional Booking Conditions:
Following your initial booking deposit, the balance of the rental charge will be required 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. For stays of less than 7 nights, the full balance will be required and for stays of 7 nights or more the equivalent of 7 nights rental will be required.
As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses incurred, during your stay (e.g. high speed internet, telephone etc).
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that you cancel your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter you must provde 14 days notice to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
