This Grade II listed building has recently been completed renovated and refurbished inside. The apartments now offer luxury contemporary style. It is situated in the heart of the historic Mayfair district and within walking distance of many of this vibrant capitals premier attractions, close to numerous historic landmarks.
These stylish and confortable apartments offer a living room equipped with a sofa bed, comfortable chairs, coffee table, a dining table and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV showing Sky channels and WiFi internet access is also available at no charge.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside and tables. There is also a large flat screen TV in the bedroom.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffe maker, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom is fitted with wc, shower over bath, heated towel rail and handbasin. Complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided.
A maid service is provided every day ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen. There is also a washing machine and dryer plus ironing facilities within the apartment.
Additional guests can be accomodated on fold-out beds that are available on request at an extra charge of GBP 15 per night. A high chair can also be provided for GBP 15.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings of 21 nights or more, the outstanding rental balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. (+ 3% surcharge). If the booking is made less than 3 weeks before arrival, the full balance will be required immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter you must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
