Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 12 or over on the arrival date. If there are many
people in your group, you may not fit into only one apartment, so try using our

find apartments together in one building.
Under Age 12 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 12 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

The building is located within a short walk from the Serpentine, the Bird sanctuary and the beautiful fountains of Hyde Park. It overlooks the famous Italian Gardens, designed in the early 1800's, by architect Andre Parmentier.
All the apartments in the building have a broadband internet connection, satellite TV and all modern amenities. A 24hr monitored CCTV service ensures security.
These apartments offer a spacious living room equipped with a sofabed, armchair, coffee table, some storage space, a dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a work-desk. The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with wc, shower over bath and handbasin.
The second bedroom provides another double bed, built in wardrobes, and bedside tables.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
A cleaning service is provided every other day ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen.
All the apartments have a TV broadcasting satellite channels, offering a wide range of news, movies and sport. Also, free broadband internet connection is provided within the building.
Additional guests can be accomodated on fold-out beds that are available on request at an extra charge of GBP 15 per night.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings of 21 nights or more, the outstanding rental balance will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. (+ 3% surcharge). If the booking is made less than 3 weeks before arrival, the full balance will be required immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter you must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.

All of the correspondance by email along the way was much appreciated and helpful. The checking-in process was excellent and helpful to us in finding our way on the subway to the apartment. The greeter was polite and proper, and cooperative in answering our questions. -we were very happy with the apartment, and it suited our needs. There was some peeling paint in the bathroom that you might want to fix up. It is an excellent location, nice area and close to the subway station and Paddington. I would have liked to have the greeter, or someone familiar with the appliances and heating system, to come in with us on arrival and show us how to work the appliances and explain the controls in the kitchen. We have different systems in North America and it took us awhile to figure it out."
