This property is in a wonderful location close to Farringdon underground and mainline stations, ideal for visiting London's main attractions including theatres and West End shopping.

This two bedroom apartment has a living room and open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and offers an oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refridgerator, kettle and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
Each bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has either a bath with a shower over or a shower, toilet, and a hand basin.
The apartment building has laundry facilities in the basement with washing machines,tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, the apartment manager will also request a further 20% deposit at the time of booking, plus the balance of the rental charge 6 weeks prior to arrival. A 3% charge will apply to both of these subsequent payments.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that you cancel your initial booking deposits will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your arrival a further 50% of the total cost is payable.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival the full balance will be payable.
- A baby cot is available on request and costs a further GBP 30 per week or part week.
