Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, the apartment manager will also request a further 20% deposit at the time of booking, plus the balance of the rental charge 6 weeks prior to arrival. A 3% charge will apply to both of these subsequent payments.
Cancellation Policy:
- In the event that you cancel your initial booking deposits will be non-refundable.
- Thereafter if you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your arrival a further 50% of the total cost is payable.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival the full balance will be payable.
- A baby cot is available on request and costs a further GBP 30 per week or part week.
