An excellent location, as the apartments are within a 5 minute walk of Bayswater and Queensway underground stations which will give you easy access the the rest of central London.
In the immediate vicinity are plenty of shops, restaurants and with Whiteleys of Bayswater close by there is also a cinema complex on your doorstep.
This three bedrom apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, three separate bedrooms and an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with a hob, microwave oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, kettle and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay
The living area has a sofa, a TV and a work desk and chair. There are also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The apartment also has a DVD player,a CD player and free broadband internet access.
The bedrooms all have two single beds which can be made into a double bed on request, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a W.C. A hairdryer is also provided.
Also provided in the apartment is the following:
Daily maid service for all stays of up to 90 days duration. For stays of more than 90 days an extra cleaning charge will be applied.
Direct dial telephones. Calls are charged at 14 pence per minute for UK calls, 20 - 25 pence per minute for calls to a mobile phone, GBP 1 - GBP 1.50 per minute for International calls.
Satellite TV with 15 channels.
A communal laundry in the basement of the buildng for guests to use.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- At booking you will be required to pay an initial booking deposit.
- If your stay is for less than 30 days the balance is due on arrival.
- If your stay is for between 30 and 60 days a further deposit of two weeks rental cost is due immediately.
- If your stay is for more than 60 days a further deposit of six weeks rental cost is due immediately.
- In the event that you need to cancel, your booking deposits will be non-refundable.
- Please note that there will be a 2% surcharge on the second deposit and the balance payments for credit card payments (this does not apply to the initial booking deposit). Amex and Diners credit cards are not accepted.
